What each TrackShows release delivers. New features land on Android and the web app at app.trackshows.tv together.

v1.5.023 July 2026

OnNext is now TrackShows

New name, same app. OnNext is now TrackShows. Nothing else changes: your account, your shows and your history are exactly where you left them.
New home. The website is now trackshows.tv and the web app lives at app.trackshows.tv. Every old onnext.tv link redirects to its new address automatically.
One thing to redo on web. If you had episode alerts enabled in the web app, flick the switch in Settings once more on the new address; browser notification permissions do not follow a domain move.

Completed shows. A new section at the bottom of On Next lists every show you have fully watched, marked as Ended, Cancelled or Returning series so you know whether more is coming. Tap one to revisit it, or long press to unfollow.
Tabs remember your place. Switch from a show page to another tab and back, and you are still on that show, the way tabbed apps are meant to behave. Back still retraces your steps within the current tab.
iPhone web fix. On iPhones the home indicator no longer overlaps the tab bar in the web app, and the buttons sit properly centred.
Steadier web updates. The web app now serves pages and code from the same downloaded build, removing the brief blank screen that could appear while a fresh deploy spread across the network.

Sign in with Google. One tap on the sign in screen, no password to remember. If an TrackShows account with the same email already exists, Google signs you into it and your library is untouched. The screen also remembers whether you last used Google or email.
Email verification. A one-time 6-digit code confirms the email address on your account. New accounts verify at sign up; existing accounts are asked once at their next sign in.
See where shows stream. Show pages now carry the logos of the streaming services offering the show in your region (streaming data by JustWatch), alongside the broadcaster’s badge.
Filter What’s On by service. New chips for Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+ and Apple TV+ at the top of What’s On.
Steadier web app updates. Fixed the cause of the occasional blank screen right after an update shipped to app.trackshows.tv.

Export your data. Your watch history belongs to you. Settings, then Export my data downloads everything as a zip of spreadsheet-friendly CSV files: your shows, movies, watched episodes, ratings and comments. In the browser it downloads straight away; on Android you pick the folder it lands in.
More genres. The chips on What’s On now cover fifteen genres across shows and films, including action, animation, drama, mystery, reality, sci-fi and thriller.
Tidier browsing. What’s On has cleaner, more consistent spacing, and long-pressing to select shows no longer highlights text in the browser.

Import from TV Time. Upload your TV Time data export and TrackShows restores your followed shows and full watch history in about a minute. Settings, then Import from TV Time.
TrackShows in your browser. The full app now runs at app.trackshows.tv on any device, with episode alerts in supported browsers.
Rate episodes. Give any episode 1 to 5 stars. Every show gets a community rating, and the best appear in a new Top rated rail on What’s On.
Works offline. Your shows and episodes stay readable without a connection, so you can check what’s next from a plane, a train or a field.
Movie watchlist. Movies you follow now appear on On Next until you mark them watched.
Faster pruning. Press and hold on On Next to select several shows and unfollow them in one go, handy after a big import.
Browse by genre. New chips on What’s On open the top sci-fi, comedy, crime, documentary, romance and horror titles, ranked by TMDB’s global scores.
Most commented this week. A new rail surfaces what TrackShows users are talking about right now, and every show and movie page now displays its TMDB score.
Simpler layout. Search now lives at the top of What’s On, and going back always returns you to where you actually came from.
