TrackShows is free, and everything free today stays free. Premium is a small set of extras for the people who want more, and it is what keeps the app running with no adverts as it grows.
£9.99 / $12.99 / €11.99 a year. One plan, billed yearly, cancel anytime. Upgrade once and premium follows your account on Android, iPhone and the web.
Buying inside the Android app goes through Google Play, which shows the price with your country's sales tax added, so it can differ from the figures above.
Go premiumShareable lists
Build your own lists of shows and movies and share any of them with a link: a watchlist for the household, a ranked best-of, recommendations for a friend. Everyone you invite can add and remove items, and they do not need premium to join in; only creating lists is a premium feature.
Rewatch tracking
Watching something for the third time? Count every viewing. Watched episodes gain a rewatch counter on the show page, your rewatches show up in your insights, and they are included in your data export.
Viewing insights
A richer picture of your watching on the Profile tab: your most-watched shows, what genres you actually watch, your viewing by year, and your longest daily streak alongside the one you are on now.
Year in review
Your whole year of watching on one screen: episodes, movies and hours, your top shows and genre, your busiest month and your longest streak. It appears on the Profile tab every December and January, and in the apps you can share it as an image. Earlier years are a tap away in your insights.
Countdown widget
A home screen widget for iPhone and Android that lists your next episodes and counts down the days until each one airs: today, tomorrow, in three days. It keeps counting with the app closed, and a tap opens TrackShows.
Episode calendar feed
Subscribe to your shows' upcoming air dates from any calendar app: Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook. Grab your personal feed link in Settings once and new episodes appear in your calendar by themselves.
The promise that does not change
Nothing that is free today ever moves behind the paywall. Tracking, On Next, notifications, import, export, ratings, trophies, comments and the watchlist stay complete and free forever. Premium is additions only, and there are still no adverts anywhere, for anyone.
How to upgrade
In the Android app, open the Profile tab and choose Go premium: payment goes through Google Play, and you manage or cancel it in your Play subscriptions.
On iPhone, it is the same Profile tab and Go premium button, with payment through the App Store; manage or cancel it in your App Store subscriptions.
Or sign in at app.trackshows.tv, open the Profile tab and choose Go premium, where payment is handled by Stripe and the same card manages or cancels it later.
Either way premium follows your account, so buying on one device unlocks it everywhere you sign in. Cancelling keeps premium until the end of the year you have paid for.
